Pot fillers
A pot filler adds a cold-water supply and reachable shutoff behind the range, coordinated with the backsplash and hood duct.
What decides it
The valve must land where it can be reached without crossing the hottest part of the cooking surface. Its in-wall supply also has to avoid the hood duct and any structural framing above the range.
Why this is worth doing properly
The sink location can determine the whole plan because the drain still has to reach the stack at the right slope. A licensed plumbing contractor performs the plumbing work within our coordinated kitchen schedule.
