Start with what you have
A photo from your phone is enough. A drawing, a plan set or another contractor scope works too. If you do not know the right term, describe what you have and what you want it to do instead.

We visit and measure
We measure the room as built, check whether the wall you want gone is carrying load, look at the panel and the drain run, and tell you what the layout will and will not allow.
- 03
Get a written scope
You receive a written scope and price, with allowances clearly identified for anything still inside a wall. The estimate is free, with no obligation.
