   Send what you have

   A phone photo is enough. A sketch, plan set or existing scope works too. You do not need the trade term. Tell us what the kitchen does now and what you need it to do instead.

   We see the room

   We measure the room as it exists, inspect the wall you want removed, review the electrical panel and trace the likely drain route. You learn what the layout can support before committing to it.

3. 03

   Receive a clear scope

   You receive a written scope and price. Anything that cannot be known until a wall opens is identified clearly, not buried in a vague line item. The estimate is free and carries no obligation.
