Kitchen remodeling in Albany Park

Albany Park includes two-flats, three-flats, bungalows and courtyard buildings, much of it owner-occupied with a rental unit above. A rental kitchen here needs durable surfaces, appliances that can be replaced from available stock and a schedule that limits vacancy.
